Yikes moving glove! (I seem to be doing a lot of shrieking for this episode.)

Owen talking about realizing "that was it" reminded me of a bit I always liked from the very beginning of The Green Mile. It talks about that moment a prisoner about to be executed understands what's going to happen, that once they sit down in that chair and their legs are strapped in they realize that their feet are done; there'll be no more walking, no more dancing. If we're doing it right we live our lives as if the glass is already broken, but the truth is that for most of us that ideal is pretty hard to live up to. I try to make sure the people I care about know that I care about them, but beyond that I don't do so well.

Huh. I"ve never noticed the 'Made In Wales' plaque on the door before.

OK, Owen's conversation with the boy Jamie caught me off guard. *sniffle*
