Towards a unified theory of Mark Sheppard
Jul. 21st, 2010 06:51 amI'm beginning to realize that Mark Sheppard really is everywhere. The Chiller network has been running ads for an X-Files run they're going to start soon and there's a clip of him on it. Firefly (which is when I remember first really noticing him), BSG, Warehouse 13, Chuck, Leverage, Burn Notice, The Invisible Man, Special Unit 2, Jake 2.0 and the list goes on.
So if God is everywhere, maybe Mark Sheppard is God.

Does anyone else here watch Castle? That's willing to admit to it?
It may be formulaic and not particularly smart and aiming for a demographic I don't necessarily want to be associated with, but I just can't make myself care. Duuuudes, it's Nathan Fillion in high banter mode. How can that be wrong? It's not like watching Eastwick, which makes me feel all skeezy. It's comfort TV.
Also, I think the book is kind of cute. It's fictional fiction! With fictional characters based on other fictional characters, written by a fictional character. I wonder how many people are buying it that don't know anything about the TV show, only that it's on the bestseller lists?
Oh, last night they threw the Firefly fans a bone. It was sweet.

May. 4th, 2008 09:15 pmI am not a Mal/River shipper in the least, but I still love this vid more than a little bit. It's a nice Serenity/Firefly vid overall, and could be seen as a nice general vid about Mal and River, if that's the way one prefers to lean.
