That little nonverbal exchange between Jack and Ianto when he first comes back with the weapon - "WTF?" "STFU." - I've re-watched that several times and it's still making me genuinely laugh out loud.
The best stuff sometimes is non-verbal. It's amazing how Gareth has managed to be snarky without saying a word... *points to icon*
