So I'm re-reading The Hound of the Baskervilles and I noticed that at one point Watson refers to Holmes as his master.

Oh you poor boy, obviously you are suffering from some derivation of Stockholm Syndrome. Just because he treats you like a servant doesn't mean you are one.

In my previous post I included language that indicated I wasn't interested in opposing opinions. This was a mistake that I deeply regret.
