*grumble*

I knew a woman once who had worked as a manager at a restaurant where there were an unusually high number of accidents in the kitchen. They brought someone in to try and figure out what was happening and it turns out that the answer was that the kitchen had been designed as if it was to be used by left-handed people. Since one can safely assume the majority of the employees working in the kitchen were right-handed it caused a lot of problems.

I am left-handed. The world at large is not designed for me and that does actually make a difference. I do not move things or kink up phone cords because I am stupid or I wish to annoy you. Believe me when I say that if things were the other way around you would notice.
