I got the music in me

I highly recommend OverThinkingIt.com's piece this morning on the use of music in the soundtrack for Watchmen. Besides being an interesting look at this aspect of the movie it does a wonderful job of speaking to the use of music in movies and pop music being "one of the ways in we represent our own culture to ourselves".
