Doctor Who 4.10 "Midnight"

More "Midnight" thoughts

Something that "Midnight" made me think of that I forgot in my earlier post: Many years ago on my last real vacation (read: left the state) I went to Vancouver, B.C. I had to fly from Anchorage to Seattle and then Seattle to Vancouver (why? because airlines are ninnies). The Anchorage to Seattle flight was your typical dehydrating sardine can. But the Seattle to Vancouver flight was this nice little plane with a fairly open design plan, an extremely-perky-but-not-annoyingly-so flight attendant, and a small group of passengers in an uncommonly good mood. The brief flight took on the atmosphere of something akin to a cocktail party, and it is probably the nicest time I have ever had on an airplane.
