It's like in Life on Mars where Joni rapes Sam. It's not treated as rape in the show; the other guys tease Sam about it, and even Sam doesn't put up a fuss. He seems to be more irritated that she was lying to him, and embarrassed him in front of his work colleagues, than that she drugged him, handcuffed him to the bed, and raped him.
I haven't seen anyone eroticizing this in their fic, but it definitely strikes me as problematic that in-universe, it wasn't really seen as a big deal.
