Six degrees of LJ fandom

So through [livejournal.com profile] _medley_ I found [livejournal.com profile] fan_eunice, and in a post by [livejournal.com profile] fan_eunice was a comment by [livejournal.com profile] celli that referred to the TV show Cupid which made me go, "OMG someone else has heard of that show!" and in checking out [livejournal.com profile] celli's profile I see she belongs to [livejournal.com profile] cupid_talk which didn't exist when I first created this LJ, and in [livejournal.com profile] cupid_talk I find a post from January with a link to a poll by Sony Home Video asking which TV show should be the next one they release on DVD and Cupid is not only on there but it's winning, though Bette Midler's eponymous show from a few years back is close enough to make me uncomfortable.

Oh, and the poll is still active, and as it's still linked from their main 'TV on DVD' page I'm guessing that they're still paying attention, so go vote!

I love the way that kind of thing happens on LJ. I voted, and voted for basically random things that were not Bette Midler for 2 and 3.

([livejournal.com profile] fan_eunice just friended me recently, but I've decided she's awesome.)

Yay, thanks for voting! I adored that show muchly. It's funny because it had two actors that even at the time I had long thought were underutilized and underrated (Jeremy Piven and Joe Flanigan), and now they're both in shows that are doing quite well but that I can't get into. So I just applaud their success from afar.
