Plus, I'm reading The Golden Compass and it had something cool - in an action hero kind of way - involving flour. So there could be smut and danger!

Ooh, that sounds promising. *g* The only thing I know about flour that might apply to action movies is that apparently it explodes. Or something. The flour particles in the air burn, or something like that.

Yup - and I don't remember ever hearing about that before. It was pretty nifty. When I was younger I worked in several kitchens, so new ways of blowing them up really piques my interest.

Yep, I can see how that would appeal! (I have this weird feeling that I read about it in a Terry Pratchett book, one of the Guard ones, but I don't know.)

I haven't read a lot of Pratchett, but that totally sounds like something he'd use.
